The IDTF name, related marks, logos and certification designations may be protected by registered or pending trademark rights in selected jurisdictions.

Only verified registrations should be shown as “Registered.” Applications still under examination should be shown as “Pending” or “Application Filed.” Planned jurisdictions should be shown as “Planned.”

Unauthorized use that may create confusion regarding affiliation, training authorization or certification status is prohibited.
