Ali Shaker is the creator of the Integrated Digital Transformation Framework™ (IDTF), an author, lecturer and digital transformation practitioner whose work spans information systems, technology governance, enterprise transformation, business process improvement, analytics and digital innovation.
His professional background combines senior technology leadership, consulting and professional education. He is the Founder & Director of CoE Partners and also teaches Master's students through Kaplan as part of a University College Dublin (UCD) programme, bringing practical industry experience into postgraduate and executive learning.
Before establishing CoE Partners, Ali held senior technology, information systems and governance roles at Nakheel PJSC, where his responsibilities included IT strategy and governance, enterprise applications, digital transformation, business process automation and major technology programmes.
