1. Intellectual Property & Ownership

The Integrated Digital Transformation Framework (IDTF), including its book contents, course materials, acronyms, methodologies, logos, and digital badges, is protected intellectual property registered across the United Arab Emirates, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and international jurisdictions.

• Personal & Professional Use: Purchasing a book or course grants you a personal, non-exclusive license to study and apply IDTF concepts.
• Restrictions: You may not copy, re-sell, redistribute, commercialize, or deliver unauthorized training using IDTF trademarks or copyrighted courseware without an active, written Authorized IDTF Trainer license issued by IDTF.

2. Digital Publications & Softcopies

Purchased digital publications (PDF softcopies) are licensed exclusively to the named buyer. Digital files may contain invisible watermark identifiers or digital licensing stamps to prevent unauthorized file sharing.

3. Training & Certification Conduct

Participants enrolled in live online training masterclasses or certification assessments must demonstrate professional integrity. Certification credentials (Certified IDTF Professional) and trainer authorizations (Authorized IDTF Trainer) remain subject to verification via the public IDTF registry. Credentials may be revoked if issued under fraudulent or non-compliant circumstances.

4. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

IDTF materials and training are educational frameworks designed for strategic guidance. IDTF representatives and instructors make no explicit guarantee of specific corporate financial outcomes. IDTF is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
