Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the cancellation, refund, and transfer terms for digital products, training courses, and certification fees purchased on idtf.net.

1. Digital Products (Softcopies & eBooks)

Due to the immediate digital nature of softcopy book downloads and executive materials, all digital sales are final and non-refundable once access or download links have been issued.

If you experience technical issues downloading your purchase, please email info@idtf.net for immediate file re-issuance.

2. Live Online Training Courses

We understand schedules change. Registrations for live instructor-led training courses are subject to the following terms:

• Cancellation More Than 30 Days Before Training: Cancellations requested more than 30 calendar days prior to the course start date are eligible for a refund minus the price of the digital book and any applicable payment processing fees.
• No Refund Within 30 Days: Cancellations requested 30 calendar days or fewer before the course start date are non-refundable.
• Cohort Transfer: Requests to transfer a registration to a future scheduled cohort are subject to IDTF approval and availability.
• No-Show Policy: Participants who fail to attend scheduled live sessions without prior written notice are ineligible for refunds or transfers.
• Mandatory Consumer Rights: These terms are subject to any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.

3. Certification Assessment Fees

Exam assessment fees included with course registrations or purchased separately are non-refundable once the online exam access link has been activated or attempted.

4. Processing Refund Requests

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original credit/debit card used at the time of payment within 7–14 business days, depending on your card issuer's bank policies.
